Policy

• Check-in 15:00 pm and 10:00 am check-out.
• Breakfast from 8:30 am to 10:00am.
• Bedlinen is changed after the third day of staying; Cleaning – every day.
• Bookings and confirmations via email.
• Payment terms: 25% on booking date; the remaining (75%) on arrival.
• Cancellation and refund: Cancellation is free of charge provided you ad here to the notification up to 45 days before date of arrival; 50% of all nights will be charged if cancelled between 45 and 31 days before date of arrival; If cancelled later the total price of the reservation will be charged.
